Recipe swap, Strusel Pumkin Spice Muffins

I would like to say I have joined the recipe party over at Rhodas..www.southernhospitalityblog.com. These pumkin muffins are so good. They stay so moist and are so easy to make.

1-box spice cake mix
1-cup pumpkin
1/2 cup wate

preheat oven-350
mixall ingredients until well blended.make topping
scoop into muffin cups.

topping
1c.Brown sugar
1.c.flour
1.stick butter
mix brown sugar,flour
cut in butter spoon on top of muffins
 bake at 350 for 20-24 minutes.
I sure hope you all enjoy.

  1. Yum,that's how I made pumpkin cookies 2 weeks ago,but w/o the water. And I made pumpkin cream cheese to go on top.Oh Glory,sooo good! lol They cook more like a muffin then cookie though.I guess I will have to try that topping next time.lol Have a "BLESSED" day!
