New thing's

I added the little welcome sign that I bought a couple weeks ago at a yard sale..what do you think? is it to much? I also have been seeing these candle holder projects all over blog land..so I decided to try it~! I went to the Dollar Tree..and bought 2 glass vases..and 2 glass candle holders,hot glued one on top of the other..the piece are not great ...then after seeing Pickets idea over at Pickets place..she did something similar ..she added pinto beans to her vase...I love that idea~but I have some black in my dining room and wanted to add more so I used black beans as a filler...it work's for me~!

More yard sale finds~!

I got the two jar's for .25 cent a piece..the cabinet is for my down stair's bathroom..there is no storage in there at all..I will be painting it and adding new hardware...then I'll post pic's...I think hubby paid $5.00 for it. That's all I bought this week saving my money for all the neighborhood sales this weekend~! The lamps are pics of the ones I got a few weeks ago at the first yard sales' of the season...I put the jar on my dryer with arm &hammer soda....the other one I used for doggy treat's...The old mail holder was free I am using it for dryer sheet's...I'll be posting more pic's of some thing's I have been making soon....

First yard sale of the season....

We caught some really great sales Saturday. I love going to yard sales . I thought I would post some pics of the great finds...enjoy.The chairs were .50 cent each I think I got 5 of them..I got 2 window units air conditioners still in plastic for 5.00 each. The door hangers were .50 cent each...the purse and wallet was 1.00 for both Liz Claiborne...The makeup bag was .50...all the flowers pots was 1.00 for all....the lamps and shades were 3.00 a piece. I hope I didn't forget anything..

It has been a year since I had seen my brother,sister and their families.

I've been shopping~!

Anew Family member

Never say never..I get that saying now..this past weekend we went to the mall. We happened into a pet store...I saw him the minute I entered the door...we locked eyes,we cuddled,he Even licked me a zillion times.We came home with him...now understand ,I have never been an inside dog person we have one that is housebroken and old and he was given to us by Chaplain my husband worked with. Their family was going overseas and did not want to quarantine Skipper the amount of time required because of his back. I must say he has been an awesome first dog..I didn't have to DO any of the hard work he came to us totally housebroken and kennel trained. I said I didnt understand people buying breeds..akc...when you can go to a shelter ..well I ate my words Mason Dixon Bodene came home with us and we are so in love with him ...it's like having a baby..and Skipper loves having a baby...does anyone have any advice on housebreaking??????????Help~!!!!Thepic with kiddos is our first baby Skipper~!!!Blessing's
